Exceptional service! Called as a new client Monday morning because our AC units stopped working and Anthony came within an hour! I was shocked for such quick service. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He fixed both our units during the visit. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future for any services/needs!!

We got three estimates before having our System2000 boiler installed, and were especially impressed with ComfortMaster's professionalism, so we went with them even though they didn't give the cheapest estimate (though it was close, and ComfortMaster did explain the extras they provide to account for the difference). This professionalism carried through to the job itself -- Anthony and his crew were punctual, thorough, patient, and knowledgable, communicating well throughout the project and going above-and-beyond several times (including a snowy morning when they rushed to get to our house so that our morning school/work schedule wouldn't get messed up). The installation went smoothly and we're very happy with the results. I enthusiastically recommend ComfortMaster for boiler installations, and as an aside, also recommend the System2000 boiler from Energy Kinetics -- so much quieter than our old boiler, which used to vibrate the entire house. The data on its efficiency will take some time to collect, but initial indications look good for the project paying for itself within a reasonable timeframe. Keep ComfortMaster in mind - they're certainly at the top of our list!

Mike was familiar with the system 2000 boiler. He is the first hvac technician to notice that one of the circulators was not working correctly. He suggested that it should be changed next year.

25 yr old York AC. With new Amana Air conditioning system. Performed annual maintenance.
Carrier unit 30yrs old still ticking. Performed annual maintenance. Unit is well past its expected life span and should be planned for replacement to avoid expensive repairs.
Amana Heatpump fan not staying on and not cooling. Found defective dual cap and replaced. Tested operation and freon level.
Fujitsu Ductless Minisplit annual maintenance. Found fan wheel of indoor unit very dirty, and recommended deep Bib cleaning.
